Fees for Services
The following is an estimate of common fees for asset protection and tax hep services. The list of fees and services is not intended to be complete and/or exact and may change from time to time. The amount of fees varies from case to case depending on the circumstances and the exact amount of costs for your matter will be provided to you after the evaluation of your individual matter.
Hourly Rate $450
Services billable at the hourly rate will usually require a deposit based on the estimated time necessary for your individual matter.
Consultation $350
We do not offer free consultations. However, we will apply the initial consultation fee against the cost of any services that you hire us to provide.
Case evaluation and basic investigation of liability $700
Case evaluation is necessary in most trust administration and business matters in order to determine what the nature of your case is and what services will be required. Case evaluation includes basic document review and a meeting with your attorney for strategy development.
In tax help cases, we will need to do an investigation to determine how much is owed, when the debt arose, what penalties have been added, and what options does the client have for resolution.
Tax Audit and Notices
Representation at the IRS or other tax audits is usually billable at the hourly rate, because it is nearly impossible to predict how much time will be needed.
All audit services will require a retainer of $4,500 to start working on your case. Additional deposits will be required as the matter progresses.
Tax settlements
Installment Agreements
Procedure and standards for IRS payment plans is different based on how much you owe. Therefore, our fees will also depend on the total amount owed.
Offer in Compromise
