We believe in transparent pricing. Our goal is to make the estate planning and legal services fees straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect.
We Offer Flat Fees for All Estate Planning Services (Click the Link Below for Full Fee Schedule)
Most estate planning matters are subject to flat fees. This allows you to establish the estate plan you want without worrying about hourly charges.
Flat Fee Estate Planning Services - MILDA GOERIZ ATTORNEY AT LAW
Additional Flat Fee Services
- Establishment and Registration of California LLC $2,250
- Establishment and Registration of an Out-of-State LLC $3,000
- Operating Agreement for an Established Business $1,050 - $6,500
- Deed Preparation and Recording $350 (per deed)
- Affidavit of Death or Change of Trustee $350
Hourly Rate Services
Services that may be billable at the hourly rate include:
- Document Reviews
- Trust and Estate Administrations
- Property Tax Issues
- Business Planning Consulting
- Privacy Protection
- Other non-estate planning advice
These services are billed at $450 per hour.
Consultation Fee
Initial Consultation Fee: $350 (credit card guarantee required)
If you retain our services during the consultation, the fee will be applied to your service costs. There will not be a separate consultation charge.
Retention within 14 days after the initial meeting also allows the consultation fee to be applied toward your services.
Payments
There are no hidden costs. Your total fees will be determined at the initial consultation and included in your Agreement for Services.
