Estate Planning and Legal Services Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. Our goal is to make the cost for will and cost of living trust as well as other estate planning services fees straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect.

We Offer Flat Fees for Estate Planning Services (Fees for Estate Planning)

All wills and revocable living trusts matters are subject to flat fees. This allows you to establish your will estate plan or your revocable living trust estate plan you want without worrying about hourly charges for your San Diego estate planning attorney.

Additional Flat Fee Legal Services

  • Establishment and Registration of California LLC $2,250
  • Establishment and Registration of an Out-of-State LLC $3,000
  • Operating Agreement for an Established Business $1,050 - $6,500
  • Deed Preparation and Recording $350 (per deed)
  • Affidavit of Death or Change of Trustee $350

Hourly Rate Services for our San Diego Trust Attorney

Services that may be billable at the hourly rate include:

  • Document Reviews
  • Trust Administration
  • Property Tax Issues
  • Business Planning
  • Privacy Protection
  • Other non-estate planning advice

These services are billed at $450 per hour.

Estate Planning Consultation Fee

Initial Estate Planning Consultation Fee: $350

If you retain our estate planning services during the initial consultation, the fee will be applied to your estate planning service costs. There will not be a separate estate planning consultation charge.

Retention of the estate planning attorney within 14 days after the initial meeting also allows the consultation fee to be applied toward your estate planning services.

Payment of Fees for Estate Planning Services

There will be no hidden costs for your estate planning services at our Carmel Valley estate planning office or Mission Valley estate planning office. Your total estate planning fees will be determined at the initial estate planning consultation and included in your Agreement for Services.
