Estate Plan Maintenance
Keep Your Estate Plan Up to Date with Our Estate Plan Maintenance Program
As life changes, so should your estate plan. Whether you're celebrating a new addition to the family, entering retirement, or navigating other personal or financial changes, your estate plan needs to grow with you. That’s why we offer an Estate Plan Maintenance Program—designed to keep your estate documents current, effective, and aligned with your goals.
Why Ongoing Estate Planning Matters
Many people create an estate plan and never revisit it. But over time, your circumstances and the laws can change—making parts of your plan outdated or even ineffective.
With our Estate Plan Maintenance Program, you’ll never have to worry about your plan falling behind. We’ll work with you regularly to ensure your documents stay updated and reflect your evolving needs.
Life Changes That May Affect Your Estate Plan:
-
Birth, death, or disability of a family member
-
Marriage or divorce
-
Changes in family relationships or priorities
-
A new job, career shift, or retirement
-
Inheritance or changes in assets
-
Major life changes for your beneficiaries
-
New federal or state estate planning laws
Our program helps you stay ahead of these changes—so your estate plan continues to protect your loved ones exactly the way you intend.
What’s Included in the Estate Plan Maintenance Program?
We’ve created a program that makes keeping your plan up-to-date simple and affordable.
✔ Regular Estate Plan Review Meetings
We’ll schedule check-ins every few years (or as needed) to go over your current plan. We’ll identify any necessary updates, review the roles of trustees, executors, and beneficiaries, and make sure new assets are correctly titled in your trust.
✔ No-Cost Simple Changes
Need to change a beneficiary, update a trustee, or add a newly born child to your trust? We’ll prepare and finalize these basic updates at no extra charge. (More complex changes may require a separate agreement.)
✔ Property Transfer Support
We’ll help with simple property transfers into your trust—including assistance over the phone or by email. Complex or time-intensive transfers may not be covered.
✔ Updated Powers of Attorney
Even though financial and healthcare powers of attorney don’t technically expire, some banks and medical providers may reject older documents. That’s why we include periodic updates to these key documents to make sure they’re always accepted when needed.
✔ Free Phone and Email Support
Have questions about your current estate plan? Phone calls and emails related to your existing plan are always free under this program.
Affordable, Transparent Pricing
We believe in clear and reasonable pricing for families and individuals who want to protect their futures.
-
Single Individual: $65/month or $650/year
-
Married Couple: $95/month or $950/year
We may adjust pricing occasionally—but increases will never exceed 10% and will not occur more often than every two years.
What’s Not Included
To keep our program affordable, the following services are not included:
-
Tax return preparation
-
Comprehensive changes to estate documents
-
Business or entity formation
-
Transfers of business interests
-
Major legal updates requiring extensive revision
